An award winning building of innovative design with a central palm tree-lined cafe square that doubles up as a gallery space. The centre houses a nursery, pharmacy and a community hall. The centre benefits from ambient light due to the structure of its curved roof, along with a number of other environmental features - the front of the building has a fully retractable section to allow air to circulate in warm weather.
